MTV is digging into the coffers for its latest series.
MTV International announced today (April 29) its intention to bow Life on MTV, a new musical series celebrating some of the world’s biggest stars and their most unforgettable MTV moves, May 21 internationally and May 22 in the US)
The 10-episode series will dedicate each 30-minute program to two global superstars – with archive footage of Sean “Diddy” Combs and Snoop Dogg; Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys; One Direction and Backstreet Boys; Linkin Park and Green Day; Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj; The Jonas Brothers and Usher; Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Lopez; Coldplay and U2; * NSYNC and Britney Spears, and a season finale episode dedicated to Lady Gaga.
Each episode will chronicle pairs of artists from past to present, through the lens of MTV cameras: from their debuts on MTV News to performances on TRL, VMAs and EMAs at appearances on Punk’d, Cradles, The path, Personal diary, YO! MTV Raps and many specialties.
