The Summer Musical Series at The Barn continues at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 with a variety of classic tunes performed by Paul Ryder.
Waterville-based Ryder said he particularly enjoys creating personal interaction with the crowd while performing live. He said he likes to mix a lot of genres to hopefully surprise his audience.
“They can expect to see an eclectic mix of music – old country, old rock ‘n’ roll, classic rock and folk,” Ryder promised of his repertoire.
All concerts in the weekly summer series take place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, but the series is funded by donations from the public. Tables and chairs are indoors and there is an outdoor listening area.
Spectators may bring their own food, snacks and drinks. There is also a paid snack bar, the proceeds of which are donated to Three Steeples United.
The venue is located behind Three Steeples United at 2819 Old Route 12 on Paris Hill in Sauquoit.
“The Barn is a great place to play with a great vibe and atmosphere,” Ryder complimented.
