FREE musical series in Brewster this summer 2022!

The Town of Southeast Cultural Arts Coalition (TOSCAC) in Brewster, NY is thrilled to announce the lineup for the 2022 Free Outdoor Summer Music Series at the Veterans Park Gazebo.

The 7-week musical series is on Saturday evenings from June 11 to July 23rd at 6-8 p.m.


June 11 –light warriors (World Rock, Funk, Reggae)

June 18 – Fat City Rockers (Rockabilly, Surfing, Oldies)

June 25 – Plasma (Exploratory Progressive, Funk, Improvisation)

July 2nd – True Stormin Norman (Latin, New Orleans Jazz, Boogie Woogie, Blues)

July 9th – 1/3 of Sophia (Soft, Funky, Spacious Arrangements)

July 16 – Pump Attack (Gypsy, Jazz, Hot Swing Sound)

July 23 – far behind the sun (Traditional and original country music)

In addition to an Arts Alive Recovery NY grant, many community-minded businesses have donated to the Coalition’s efforts. Located at the corner of Railroad and Morningthorpe Avenues in Brewster, the park is easily accessible via several transportation options, including a scenic drive along the East Branch Reservoir along Route 22 North. The location is also a 10-minute drive from Exit 10 along Route 684. Concert goers may also find the convenience of traveling via the MTA Metro-North Hudson Line to Brewster Station, as the Belvedere is a 5-minute walk away. Hartransit runs a shuttle service for those traveling between Danbury, CT and the Brewster train station.

TOSCAC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, dedicated to developing an accessible and affordable performing arts venue and cultural center for the Village of Brewster, the City of Southeast and surrounding communities of Putnam, Westchester, Dutchess and Fairfield counties.
