Fine Arts Music Series at Old Dutch Church Opens Fall Season September 4 – Daily Freeman

KINGSTON, NY – The Fine Arts Music Series at Old Dutch Church, 272 Wall St., opens its fall season at noon on Saturday, September 4, with “The Great American Songbook.”

Performers will include Ulster County residents Moeisha McGill and Lori Wilner, singers; and pianist Daryl Kojak. They will be joined by singers Fred Redd and Morgan Mastrangelo. All have Broadway credits.

The performance will include works by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Jerome Kern, George Gershwin and Natalie Cole.

The program is free, but donations are welcome. Since several of the performers are from the New York area, donations are requested to help offset their travel and other costs. Donations made to the church are tax deductible and must be applied to the concert.

Donations can be made in person or via PayPal to olddutchchurch.org and Harwood Management Group Inc. They can also be made to Jim Harwood via Venmo.

The fall season of the Fine Arts series runs until October 30. Performances take place from noon to 12:30 p.m. at the church. There will be no recital on October 9 because of the O+ festival.
